Brian Kalish
CEO, Director

Brian is a co-founder, CEO and Director of Xigem Technologies Corporation (CSE:XIGM, FSE:2C1). Brian is a serial entrepreneur with considerable start up, operational and capital markets experience across a wide range of sectors including: media, healthcare, consumer packaged goods, professional sports, technology, specialty finance and government relations. Prior to Xigem Technologies, Brian co-founded and led the creation of Canada’s largest publisher of alternative newspapers, served as a founding director and president of various specialty finance companies and founded the first of its kind vertically integrated healthcare company. Earlier he co-led the acquisition and redevelopment of the Toronto Argonauts Football Club of the Canadian Football League and founded the first interactive point of purchase retail medium in Canada. Brian has a degree in Political Economy from York University in Toronto.

Igor Kostioutchenko, CPA, CA, CD, CFE, CIA, LPA
Chief Financial Officer

Igor has extensive experience providing controllership services, applying IFRS, ASPE and U.S. GAAP frameworks, advising on restructuring, mergers, acquisitions and public market offerings. Igor graduated with distinction from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management and began his public accounting career with Deloitte LLP. Igor is formerly the Controller and Interim CFO of Media Central Corporation Inc. (CSE: FLYY, FSE:3AT).

Anthony Cozzi
Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Cozzi has an extensive background in high-growth start-ups and scaling technology companies, working across a range of industries including Hospitality, EdTech and Telecom. He began his career at Globalive Communications and became an integral part of the management team there as the company grew from fewer than 10 people to over 200. An engineer by trade, Mr. Cozzi also has extensive business management experience, having led the creation, strategy and monetization of TouchBistro’s partnerships group and its UK operations as it grew from a Series B to Series E-sized company. Mr. Cozzi obtained his degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto.
