Brian Kalish
CEO, Director

Brian is a co-founder and formerly a Director and CEO of Media Central Corporation (CSE: FLYY, FSE:3AT) which he led from inception to being Canada’s largest publisher of alternative titles inside of 8 months. He is also the interim CEO of Baron Auto Group, an automobile subprime lender. Prior to MediaCentral, among other initiatives, he served as founding director and president of various specialty finance companies where portfolios grew from start-up to approximately $15 million in capital assets within two years. Prior to this, Brian was a Director and the CEO of Gemoscan Canada, Inc. a vertically integrated healthcare company which he reorganized and led through a series of capitalizations and public listings. Earlier he co-led the acquisition and redevelopment of the Toronto Argonauts Football Club of the Canadian Football League and founded the first interactive point of purchase retail medium in Canada. Brian has a degree in Political Economy from York University in Toronto.

Igor Kostioutchenko, CPA, CA, CD, CFE, CIA, LPA
Chief Financial Officer

Igor has extensive experience providing controllership services, applying IFRS, ASPE and U.S. GAAP frameworks, advising on restructuring, mergers, acquisitions and public market offerings. Igor graduated with distinction from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management and began his public accounting career with Deloitte LLP. Igor is formerly the Controller and Interim CFO of Media Central Corporation Inc. (CSE: FLYY, FSE:3AT).

Conor Bill
Director

Conor has 20+ years of experience in financial services, establishing and building alternative asset management firms. He held senior roles in both the M&A and wealth management units of Scotia Capital. Previously, Conor was the President & CEO of Artemis Investment Management, which he turned into a $3 billion money management firm running hedge funds and serving ultra-high net worth families in Canada and the U.S. Conor founded and was Managing Partner of Mt. Auburn Capital, a leading Canadian firm specializing in providing financial advisory services to money management businesses. As Managing Director of BluMont Capital, Conor turned around the faltering Canadian investment management business. He founded Lawrence Asset Management, one of Canada’s first and most successful hedge funds and alternative asset management businesses, raising over $350M. Conor was the president or CEO of 14 TSX listed companies as well as a director of many other public companies. He has an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, and a BComm and BA in Economics from Queen’s University.

Stephen Coates
Director

Stephen is founder and Principal of Grove Capital Group – a merchant banking group specializing in the incubation and development of entrepreneurial businesses in Canada and abroad – and Grove Corporate Services – a corporate secretarial, administration and accounting support firm for small-cap companies. Stephen has founded and served as Chairman or CEO of several publicly listed companies and currently serves as advisor to, and/or Director of, several public and private small-cap companies. Stephen has spent over 20 years in the capital markets, working in Canada, the United States and United Kingdom. He specializes in financial structuring, business development, communications and market finance – creating strategic relationships for success. Stephen is a graduate of Kings College at the Western University in London, Canada, serves as a Trustee of Lakefield College School and works extensively with several charitable and not-for-profit organizations in Canada and the United Kingdom. Stephen is currently a Director of: Currie Rose Resources Inc. (TSXv: CUI) and International Zeolite Corp. (TSXv:IZ)

Dr. Scott Wilson, DC
Director

Scott is a widely recognized North American health care expert, passionate entrepreneur and public speaker with more than 25 years of experience treating patients as a board-certified chiropractor (Canada and the U.S.). Dr. Scott Wilson is also the founder and chairman of PhysiomedTM, one of Canada’s largest franchised networks of interdisciplinary health care clinics with more than 30 clinics in Ontario and British Columbia. Scott is formerly a Director of Media Central Corporation Inc. (CSE: FLYY, FSE:3AT).

Avi Greenspoon

Mr. Greenspoon is currently the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of III Dune Capital Partners Limited. Prior to joining III Dune, he was a partner at Goodmans LLP, a pre-eminent Toronto law firm, where he specialized in corporate and securities law. Mr. Greenspoon was repeatedly recognized as a leading lawyer in the area of Corporate Mid-Market by The Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory. He earned his Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1993. Mr. Greenspoon has previously served as a director on a number of public company and non-profit boards.

Wei Lin

Wei Lin is the CEO and co-founder of Project Genesis, which focuses on consolidating e-commerce brands, starting with Amazon third-party sellers. Wei is also a co-founder of Lightheart Management Partners (“LMP”), the primary firm that seeded Project Genesis. LMP invests in, advises, and governs several leading venture and growth stage companies across consumer brands, media, healthcare, and non-profit services. Prior to LMP, Wei was a principal with CPS Capital where he led deals in the clinical research and non-profit and charity services sectors. Prior to joining CPS, Wei was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company where he served clients in the High Tech, Media, Telecom, Banking, and Private Equity sectors. Prior to McKinsey, Wei directed sales at a private wealth management firm in Vancouver servicing high net-worth overseas clients including strategic partners in China who have provided expansion opportunities for what are now LMP affiliated businesses. Wei holds an MBA from the Ivey School of Business, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of British Columbia, with a major in Computer Science.

Carli Posner

Carli Posner is the CEO and Principal of The Notable Group, an award-winning media group consisting of a full-service marketing agency and two leading digital publications, Notable Life and Refined Society, serving Canada and the U.S. Prior to The Notable Group, Carli worked for Canada’s largest network and was an Executive Producer on top television shows, overseeing multiple departments including premium sponsors, talent and media strategy. Throughout her career, Carli has created over $100 million dollars worth of marketing initiatives, sponsorships and endorsements, with top brands including Mastercard, General Motors, RBC, BMW and LG. Carli has served as Chair of Green Growth Brands and advises on marketing and strategic growth for a variety of publicly traded companies. She is a serial entrepreneur, investor and serves as a director on several boards.
